What practices is it reasonable to expect that EVERY teacher will have in place by the end of the first 1:1 year? Can we generate a list of tools that everyone should have tried?
post some assignments- major and long term post learning targets youtube links try at least one assessment kids submit something on blackboard post lesson plan in case teacher absent (will our subs be net book and netiquette trained also?) we need to establish the minimum blackboard requirements/lesson planning... announcement tool- due dates, test dates, etc. will students look at blackboard grade book or power school? what will blackboard gradebook be used for?

by the close of this school year so that we can all be prepared for the upcoming school year, maybe a pilot run school year
